Hi, I'm Myles!
After researching developer portfolios and not being satisfied with the available templates, I decided to just make my own! The website you're on was completely created from top to bottom by me :) If you have any ideas for improvements or what to discuss please shoot me an email! :)
Working with a local business, 12 Pins Bowling was designed to upgrade a bowling alley's online presence. From increasing the usability of the Nav and HomePage, to adding a database that allows for lane reservations, parties, and league management. Also adding a better way to order food from the lounge that would maintain social distancing!
A project designed to connect families through food by offering a unique twist on a traditional cookbook by combining it with an ancestry.com-type-social media platform. Able to create a family that consists of individual users, each family member is able to add recipies that can be enjoyed by anyone- or keep secret recipies in the family by only allowing family members access.
As video games begin to have multi-year lifecycles that push large content updates every "season", a new rating website was needed to better review these games not just once- but every time large content drops. This website will allow users to re-review after each large content drop and graph how well the game does with each update.
While not yet completed, this project works to seemlessly blend an ecommerce website along-side a personal fashion blog. Working with a team, we began by creating a fully fleshed-out Figma and decided on the addition of Shopify for the experience and because it offered unique new challenges to overcome! This project is current in progress but being steadily worked on!
